Processing of personal data
Sveaskog Förvaltnings AB is the data controller. At the time you record your catch, you must also disclose you name and contact details. Sveaskog considers that it has a legitimate interest in processing data about anyone recording a catch, in order to be able to ensure the quality of the catch data provided. However, uploading an image is optional. The information recorded, in addition to telephone numbers and e-mail addresses, will be published by Sveaskog in a public catch journal at Mörrums Kronolaxfiske's website. The catch data is used for research purposes and is reported to the Swedish Agency for Marine and Water Management by the County Administrative Board. Third parties such as an operational provider of technical solutions may have access to your personal data.
Personal data such as name, city and image, is saved in the catch register, while telephone numbers and e-mail addresses are removed after six months. You may contact Sveaskog at any time in order to request that your personal data is corrected or deleted. You also have the right to request access to any personal data that Sveaskog holds about you.
The Swedish Data Protection Authority is the supervisory authority in this respect, and is where you should turn should you wish to complain about processing of personal data.
