Four long term strategic objectives for sustainable value creation
Sveaskog wants to increase profitability by enhancing how the company acts in the market, in the partnerships it has with other players and in business related to land ownership. The company’s climate benefit objective indicates that Sveaskog can only be profitable in the long term if it has a full grasp of how climate change affects the business environment. Sveaskog has prioritised four strategic objectives for sustainable value creation that reflect the long-term challenges facing the company.

Success factors
Sveaskog has identified six success factors that the company needs to ensure in order to achieve the four strategic objectives and ultimately the company’s vision.
